- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy

2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, attending, or accessing any vantagelleearb course or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our programs. By enrolling, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Service Description
vantagelleearb provides financial education courses designed to help individuals develop skills and understanding related to personal money management, investment basics, and retirement planning within the Malaysian context.
Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional financial planning services. Participants are encouraged to consult licensed financial advisors for personalized guidance on their specific situations.
Course schedules, content, and instructors are subject to change based on availability and operational requirements. We reserve the right to modify course structure or cancel sessions with appropriate notice and alternative arrangements.
4. Registration and Enrollment
To enroll in our courses, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Course enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or cancel registration at our discretion, particularly if we believe a participant may not benefit from the course or if capacity constraints exist.
You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information to ensure you receive important course communications.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions and arrive on time
- Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal financial information shared by other participants during course discussions
- Use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes
- Refrain from disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning experience of others
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these conduct expectations without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including workbooks, templates, presentations, and personalized documents, are the intellectual property of vantagelleearb and are provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our course materials without our prior written consent. This restriction applies to both physical and digital copies of materials.
Personalized documents created during your course (such as cash flow plans or retirement outlooks) are provided for your use and remain subject to the copyright of the underlying template and framework.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and must be paid in full prior to course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods we specify. You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions.
Prices are subject to change, but any price modifications will not affect courses for which you have already registered and paid.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund if notice is provided at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for refunds.
If vantagelleearb cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course session.
Participants who miss sessions or choose not to complete a course after it has begun are not eligible for refunds, as resources and instructor time have been allocated.
9. Educational Nature and Disclaimers
Our courses provide general financial education and are not tailored to your specific financial situation. The information presented should not be construed as:
- Investment advice or recommendations to buy or sell specific financial products
- Professional financial planning or advisory services
- Legal, tax, or accounting advice
- Guarantees of specific financial outcomes or results
Financial markets and regulations change over time. While we strive to provide current and accurate information, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of content. You acknowledge that your financial decisions remain your responsibility.
Past examples or case studies presented in courses do not predict future results. Investment performance and financial outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, market conditions, and economic factors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, vantagelleearb, its instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on course content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vantagelleearb, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your misuse of course materials or intellectual property
- Financial decisions you make based on course content
- Your conduct during courses or interactions with other participants
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal financial information you choose to share during course exercises will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for educational purposes within the course context.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our courses if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in disruptive behavior, or for other reasonable cause. Termination for cause will result in forfeiture of any paid fees.
You may terminate your enrollment subject to the cancellation and refund policy outlined in Section 8.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services.

16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
For participants enrolled in courses at the time of changes, the terms in effect at the time of enrollment will govern their participation. New or modified terms will apply to future course enrollments.
Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered participants.
